Delete Your Account

You may request the deletion of your Supaverse account and personal data at any time using the methods below. Deletion is processed within 30 days.

Method 1 — In-App Deletion

Recommended

Open the Supaverse app and sign in to your account.

Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.

Confirm the deletion. Your account and personal data will be removed within 30 days.

Method 2 — Email Request

If you can't access the app

Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your Supaverse account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Note on anonymised records. Certain records — transaction ledger entries, delivery history, and invite chain data — form the integrity layer of the Supaverse protocol. They cannot be deleted but are fully anonymised on account deletion: your name and contact details are removed and cannot be re-linked to you.
